Summary of Responsibilities

Close sales leads from customers who have inquired about business loans.

Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.

Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.

Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.

Ability to learn product suite quickly.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge.

Required Experience:

1 Year of experience and success in sales and building rapport is preferred not required.

Quiet at home environment with headset and computer.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.

Ability to close deals and up-sale Loan.

Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.

Strong phone presence.

Preferably looking for people that worked at other Business loan or mca companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
