What We Need:

We are looking for individuals in the position of Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, Mortgage Advisor, and Mortgage Loan Originator, for a partnership. Ideally, they are individuals who want to add value to their clients through offering them our services. This opportunity is perfect for those who may be experiencing a slowdown or reduction in income currently. It’s a great way to supplement your income.

As your primary focus, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium business owners/decision-makers by offering filing services to businesses and optional financial advance for their Employer Retention Credit.

Individuals chosen will be fully trained and given hands-on support in order to provide highly trained employees for our offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● With a variety of sales and marketing techniques such as networking to identify and target potential businesses.

● To enhance prospects and boost customer satisfaction, cultivate and develop connections with your clients.

● To better comprehend and address the demands of our clients, stay current on industry trends and changes.

● Offer assistance as necessary to acquire required paperwork while upholding a high standard of professionalism and ethics.

Requirements:

● Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

● A successful track record in B2B sales is required (preferred, but not required)

● Work independently and set your own hours

● Computer software knowledge, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
