We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Your job duties will include:

Greeting hotel guests with warmth and enthusiasm

Fielding phone calls, faxes, and mail efficiently

Coordinating checkins and checkouts in a timely manner

Handling reservations by using our Fosse system (training provided)

Providing exemplary service to guests by fulfilling special requests received through our GXP system (training provided)

Receiving paid training online and on site.

Audit Shift 10pm-6am

**Must have weekend availability**

No hotel experience necessary. Must have a willingness to learn and to provide great customer service. Standing for long hours and ability to carry towels and toiletries to guests' rooms an essential part of the position.
