BurgerFi, located in Peachtree Corners Marketplace, is seeking front of house and back of house team members to help operate it's fast-casual gourmet burger restaurant. Interview today, start tomorrow!

Hours: We are hiring team members. Our shifts vary between the hours of 9 am to 11 pm.

Positions Available: Daytime Crew Members (10am to 5pm), Nighttime Crew Members 5pm to 11pm), Shift Manager (Shift Times Vary)

Interviews: We interview daily from 2pm to 6pm at 6141 Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree Corners Georgia 30092 - No need to submit a resume! Simply stop by and talk to our hiring manager during these times.

Job Description: All team members are responsible for ensuring the restaurant exceeds the performance and guest satisfaction goals established for our brand. As apart of your growth, we'll invite you to cross-train on all positions including Grill, Cashier and Food Prep. The more you know, the more compensation you earn!

Job Responsibilities Include: This is a hands-on position. From the owner to the hourly staff, everyone is responsible for pitching-in daily to ensure 100% order accuracy, fast ticket times and executing BurgerFi highest standards of hospitality, service, and financial performance

• Interact with other team members through constant communication, training and team meetings
• Ensure guests are receiving exceptional hospitality. We're looking to generate RAVING FANS!
• Maintain KPI’s to exceed corporate food service and production levels
• Ensure products are prepared and served to BurgerFi quality standards.
• Exceed restaurant sanitation and food safety standards
• Start-up and shut-down of restaurant equipment and processes as needed
• Ensure 100% order accuracy, fast ticket times
• Smile, laugh and have fun!

Qualifications:

• QSR or fast-casual dining experience is preferred, but not required
• Outstanding communicator – both written and verbal
• Must possess the ability to drive positive sales growth through up-selling

What We Offer: Team members will earn between $10.00-$16.00 per hour depending on experience. As you cross-train into different roles within the company, your compensation will increase. During orientation you'll learn about the pathway to becoming a trainer, manager or GM. Bonus will be paid after working 90 days and a minimum 500 hours.
