We are based out of Chilliwack, and our firm has been continuously growing for over 36 years. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing team on a part time basis (Thursday and Friday each week).
Our team is committed to building meaningful relationships while providing reliable financial information to our clients.
Essential skills:
- Very high attention to detail
- Proactive
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organized
Experience of working in a professional office will be an advantage.
