Office Services / Delivery Clerk
Customer Account Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Develop a trusted relationship with key customer stakeholders
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services identified within our SLA
· Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Customer Service
· Professionally respond to inquiries, in person, by phone or email
· Offer client cost savings opportunities and suggestions
· Assist to coordinate deliveries
· Ensure office areas are organized and tidy
· Cross train with support team functions in other areas to provide vacation or sick time relief
Responsibilities
Labourer services:
· track, order and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked;
· operate customer service centers
· inventory, order and stock copy paper as needed to copier stations;
· manage group email inbox
· manage email folder
· adhere to cash handling processes and procedures
· perform such other requirements as requested from time to time for the proper and efficient management of the labour services
· Travel within the Fort McMurray region 1-2 days per week to provide in person support
Supplier Management:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· travel to the multiple sites approximately twice per month to monitor services;
· conduct contractor mobilization in accordance with applicable processes,
· complete and submit vehicle access forms, when required,
· instruct and manage service suppliers at the Sites including but not limited to:

o shredding services;

o water services and supplies;

o coffee services and supplies;

o vending machines;

o stationary supplies; and

o additional suppliers as requested

· perform physical services supplier verification set-ups;
· perform workplace observations and audit field level risk assessments;
· obtain reporting from suppliers such as on product quantities, missing equipment and spend;
· during a turnaround event, extra supplies will be required to be ordered and maintained; and
Other
Pre- Employment Alcohol & drug testing is required
Random Alcohol & Drug testing is also conducted at this location
Criminal background check is required
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required
Must have a valid drivers license
Must able to lift up to 50lbs
