Our company is looking for an On-Site Manager for around 200+ doors in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Area to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a customer-centric approach to communication. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment, prioritize customer needs while communicating with other departments, utilize critical thinking skills and problem solving skills effectively, be extremely organized and always be available to answer questions. This position is full-time and offers competitive pay. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with tenants and maintenance staff regarding repairs/emergencies as needed
• Answer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
• Keep detailed records of upcoming move-ins & move-outs
• Handle all tenant relation including rent collection, security deposit dispersal, and responding to tenant concerns
• Greet clients, answer questions, and schedule appointments
• Make sure that offices, grounds, main areas are tidy and maintained adequately; monitor supplies as they run low and make sure they are replenished
• Interact with tenants in a manner that reflects positively on the company
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cedar Falls, IA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
