Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service and accurate information to callers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers to clarify information or provide account updates
- Scheduling service appointments and sales leads
- Data Entry while ensuring accuracy of information
- Document in the system the details of the contact with or action performed for a customer
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate effectively using a variety of methods including telephone, email, chat and written communication
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Have good listening skills
- Have basic math aptitude, typing skills and be computer literate
- Be able to type a minimum of 35WPM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3,450.00-$5,700.00 per month
