What is the opportunity?
As the Operations Administrator, you will provide operations expertise for the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Group including performing time sensitive and critical on and off boarding tasks, a variety of governance functions, and support the CAE Group rewards and recognition program.

What will you do?
- On and off boarding activities (50%)
- Setting up new RBC email addresses for employees and contractors
- Arranging / Disabling access to various IT systems across the CAE Group
- Maintain 30 email distribution lists
- Order mobile phones
- Publishing of the biweekly staff movement newsletter
- Governance Activities (30%)
- Responsible for enabling and disabling auditor access to select Audit tools
- Provide monthly reporting and ensure all annual independence attestations are completed in a timely fashion
- Review, validate, and process invoices on behalf of the Toronto CAE Group.
- Rewards and Recognition program support (10%)
- Provide overall administrative support to the Rewards and Recognition committee including: accurate, timely and insightful reporting, arranging meetings, and the posting of RBC points.
- Backup the office administrator (10%)
- Assist with sending and receiving packages
- Assist with assigning laptops, lockers, cabinets and other duties as assigned
Note re working environment: This is a predominately in-office position. Under normal circumstances, remote work will be the exception.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 5+ years of relevant business experience in a large institution
- Well organized, attention to detail and able to apply sound judgement
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of software applications including MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to work independently with confidence in a dynamic business environment with time sensitive requirements.
