Focus Cleaning is a customer oriented janitorial and cleaning company. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective individual to fill a full-time position as an Operations Assistant (Office Based).
Looking for a candidate who is interested in joining a leading organization operating over the last 20 years in the cleaning & janitorial industry and be part of a team that believes in working together to achieving a common goal.
Main job role will involve :
- Updating daily timesheets & reconciling it on a daily basis.
- Work Order Generation & Follow Through Closing.
- Printing all one-time/Special job work order and handing it over to the Operations Manager.
- Printing all Special/One-time Jobs scope of work & handing it over to the Operations.
- Reviewing & Analyzing weekly & monthly reports from all departments & presenting to management.
- Creating & sending proposals/quotes when required.
- ISO Documentation (Quality Management).
Requirements:
- Past experience in data & report analysis is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience relevant to the job responsibilities.
- Ability to interact/communicate with Managers & Senior Management Level.
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer and knowledge of CRM software.
- Expert level excels skills.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
- ISO Documentation experience (Quality Management) will be an asset.
