About Our Practice
We are an established private practice in The Woodlands, TX seeking an Associate Doctor for a Full-Time (4-5 days) or Part-Time (3 days) position with limited Saturdays. Our ideal candidate is personable and self-motivated with excellent communication skills who desires to work smarter, not harder. We have a great patient base and our practice philosophy strives to deliver exceptional eye care and optical services.
Our practice is equipped with advanced technology including automated phoropters, Optos, OCT, VF, topography, and meibography. We see mostly primary vision care, but candidate should be comfortable practicing full scope Optometry. Staff provides thorough work-ups and great support.

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid license to practice optometry in Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Ability to provide customer-service oriented care with compassion and kindness
- Willingness for continued learning and professional development to support practice growth
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive FT salary range from $105K-$135K (commensurate with experience) as well as benefits including:
