Job description
Order Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders using hdphone/Order Fulfillment App (Online orders, Pro orders, Customer Will Calls, Deliveries and more)
- Prioritize fulfillment orders by Service Level Agreement (SLA) choose the closest to expiration
- Orders must be prepared safely, palletized, banded, and shrink wrapped as needed as outlined in Deliveries Best Practices
- Staging areas must be clear, uncluttered and organized at all times.
- Review systems to ensure all deliveries are properly completed.
- Stage all orders that need to be assembled to the assembly area and let a D31 associate know to call the customer.
- Load delivery orders onto trucks as they arrive (time to load must be ≤ 29 minutes + 1 minute/pallet).
Must be able to obtain equipment licensing. Shifts may vary, starting at 10am or later, up to 9pm ending time.
