We are looking for a qualified individuals who would like to join our team as a Tractor Trailer Trainer out of our Woodstock, NB location. AYR Motor is an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications:

• Class 1 Driving: 5 years Canada / US (Required)
• Fluent in English
• The successful candidate should have a clean drivers abstract and a clear criminal record as well as a class 1 New Brunswick Valid Drivers License. You must have a minimum of five previous years of driving as a class 1 driver to qualify and live in the Province of New Brunswick
• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Handle's paperwork and demonstrates strong organizational skills
• We will provide the Trainer Certification

General Responsibilities:

• The Professional Driving Trainer is responsible for providing technical instruction and coaching for new drivers during their Company Training Period, with the purpose of producing qualified drivers. This will also include responsibility for ensuring proper, safe, and timely handling of a tractor trailer within North America, both loaded and unloaded.
• Delivering Freight and complying with all industry regulations

The successful candidate would have a passion for driving, enjoy working and teaching others, be safety minded and the ability to work a flexible work schedule.
