KANSAS CHILDREN'S SERVICE LEAGUE in Topeka, KS is looking to hire a Parent Leadership Supervisor. We pay up to $50,000 per year. and provide great benefits including benefits that are given to all employees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide appropriate supports to ensure that internal and external customer needs and expectations are addressed timely and appropriately to prevent a situation from escalating into a crisis
- Provide supervision and program direction for your direct reports (staff and volunteers) as required by program policies or licensing bodies.
- Seek out and establish positive relationships with traditional and non-traditional partners who share in the agency mission, vision and values as requested by the regional director
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, marketing or education.
- 3 years minimum experience
- Ability to work independently, take initiative
- Schedule, organize and effectively manage multiple projects
