Job description
Summit Camps is seeking a part time driver based out of Prince George for shuttling staff and groceries to a workforce camp using a Ford F-550 with a refridgerated box. This position may suit a semi-retired person, with commercial driving experience. The work is approximately 10-14 hours per week.
Skills/Abilities:
- Current Class 4 Driver's License
- Defensive driving an asset
- Clean BC Driver's Abstract
- Experienced driving on back roads and using radio communication
- Physically fit and able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Organized, reliable and self motivated
- Flexible, can-do attitude
Driver is responsible for pre-trip inspections, fuel logs, timesheet submission, reimbursement submission, booking maintenance appointments. Additional hours alloted for vehicle maintenance.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00 per hour
