Summary:

Payroll processor is responsible for timesheet facilitation, employee data validation and payroll resolution. This includes system maintenance, processing wages, deductions, and other payments to ensure that everyone is paid correctly and on time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all payroll data entry of new hires, terminations, rate changes and employee classifications are correct for each employee in Deltek and UKG
  • Review employee wage records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare payroll for 3 small Campos Companies
  • Validate new hire employee records in Deltek and UKG
  • Data validation changes, process employee referral bonus and PTO payouts
  • Prepare reports regarding payroll activities, processing payroll deductions, and updating employee records
  • Communicate with employees regarding their pay, including issues with direct deposit or payment methods
  • Import and export timecard data
  • Follow-up on missing timecards for active employees
  • Back-up/support Payroll Manager
  • Marking employee expenses paid in Deltek
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
