About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.
What you will do
- Scripting and test automation capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform root cause analysis for failures
- Mentoring and teaching junior engineers to upskill in integration domain
- Test analysis and prescribing test cases to perform RAN level quality assurance
- Desire to find corner cases and break the system using an innovative approach and domain competence
- Cloud native knowledge, thinking and skills
- Experience working with digital tools and must possess a forward-looking outlook on digital testing
You will bring
- LTE or 5G system verification experience
- Bachelor or Master's degree of CS or EE or related
- 3+ years of experience
- Expert working knowledge with Viavi, Qualcomm UEs, lab tools, lab equipment
- Creating and planning lab specifications, ordering lab equipment based on high level requirements
- Verification and troubleshooting of characteristics and performance requirements and network level KPIs
- In-depth analysis and troubleshooting skills and ability to articulate issues to non-technical audience
- Expert L1 (physical layer) debugging skills
- Ability to debug L2/L3 protocol and networking issues
