Hiring: Nuclear Pharmacy Drawing Technician

Shertech Pharmacy Spartanburg is searching for a Pharmacy Technician with the knowledge and skills to work in nuclear pharmacy assisting a pharmacist with drawing patient doses.

• Monday - Thursday 2:00 am - 7:00am No Weekends

Candidates with nuclear or chemo experience preferred. Technician should have experience working under the direction of a pharmacist, filling prescriptions using negative pressure or chemo-type drawing skills. The Pharmacy Technician will also assist with telephone customer care, sanitizing pharmacy, inventory, and customer order entry.

Description:
The Pharmacy Technician will fill medications using standard formulas and procedures under the direction of a pharmacist and in accordance with state and federal law. The Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacist, maintain clean pharmacy and pharmacy equipment, and comply with all procedures, rules and regulations. Tech must have a solid work ethic, strong computer skills, and be focused on production and customer service.
Requirements:
- South Carolina Registered Pharmacy Technician
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification – preferred
- Experience with nuclear medicine or chemo a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
