Product Assembler - Production Team

Seasonal Full/Part Time Position with opportunity to progress

C3 Powersports in Salmon Arm BC is a recognized leader in niche powersports fields. Since 2009 we’ve been innovating and developing projects like unrivaled carbon fiber snowmobilesand SyncroDrive, the Yeti SnowMXsnowbike, and now a growing lineup of offroad accessorieswith a snowbike focus.

Experience in related areas would be considered an asset but is not a requirement.

This is an entry-level position and compensation will reflect that, but once you prove yourself and your work translates into growth for the company, there is room for quick increases.

List of possible tasks:

Operations:

• Responsible for assembling products/kits (typically very basic) accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness
• Take a proactive approach to preparation and assembly of parts and assemblies for shipping
• Assist in building and packaging orders in timely manner & day-to-day order fulfillment
• Assist with receiving inventory and entering into inventory.

General:

• Helping foster a safe and supportive workplace culture
• Identifying & implementing opportunities for continuous improvement wherever possible
• Contribute to team efforts and complete other duties as required

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail both written and spoken
• Fine motor skills and some mechanical assembly competency
• Ability to read and understand SKUs/part numbers, BOMs, SOs, Invoices, POs…
• Experience in a fast-paced Shipping and Receiving environment a bonus
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Forklift Certification a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
