Program Evaluation Analyst/Technical Writer II

Position

MEC Development, LLC has an immediate opening for the position of Program Evaluation Analyst/Technical Writer II. Full-time. Remote work possible.

Duties:

• Conduct an internal controls study of the department.
• Review monitoring activities of projects, cooperative agreements, grants and awards.
• Review internal and external communication methods and provide project tracking feedback.
• Implement metrics to success and analyze data from previous years awards to identify where the priorities are by region
• Set up records management data storage system for the branch according to Records Management Policy and Guidance.
• Provide updates to the Branch Strategic Plan.
• Security Clearance: public trust, non-sensitive, moderate risk.

Desired experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and logical skills, Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience required.
