Job description
The successful project estimator will be able to work as part of a team or independently to develop proposals for bids and manage projects from conceptual designs through completion and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Have a detailed knowledge of construction and carpentry.
- Work independently.
- Be able to coordinate with the general contractor.
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors.
- Have an in depth knowledge of labor cost and how it is calculated.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
