Summerfield Property Management is looking for reliable residential apartment community maintenance workers in the following areas: porter and grounds; maintenance tech; and maintenance lead in Tacoma and Auburn.
You will have a consistent, secure job that enables you to work with your hands, help people, and solve problems.
As porter/grounds worker, you will be a reliable and courteous professional responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas. Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building: apartments, lobbies, waiting rooms and bathrooms. Will be responsible for trash removal and operation of trash compactor. Cleaning property common areas and carpet cleaning
As a maintenance tech or maintenance tech, you will be responsible for the general maintenance, general repair, light landscaping, keeping the grounds and building in working order and preventative maintenance and oversight of housekeeping, preparing apartments for move in's, painting and safety; You will assist in preparing apartments for new residents, make repairs in apartments of current residents, and perform routine maintenance in and around the community.
In the maintenance tech and maintenance lead positions, we require that you have experience in all aspects of maintenance and make ready needs including but not limited to, hvac, electrical, plumbing, MR's, and day to day WO's.

Salary range for porter and grounds $20 - $24
Salary range for maintenance tech $24 - $26
Salary range for maintenance lead $26 - $28

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
