We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of our commercial real estate portfolio. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. We are a boutique management and development company based out of Palm Beach Gardens and need a manager to service our properties throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties including leasing, CAM, Vendors, Tenant Improvements, etc..
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards; work with onsite engineers
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and other employees
• Accomplish owner property goals and report on financial performance
• Update job and market knowledge
• Your job will be based in Palm Beach Gardens but will require frequent travel throughout Florida to regularly visit properties
• Must have reliable mode of transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Skills

• Proven work experience as a commercial property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and Property Management software esp. Yardi
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
