How You Can Help Us
WireNut Home Services in Colorado Springs, CO is looking to hire a full-time Purchasing Associate to coordinate our parts and inventory operations.
What You Will Do
As a Purchasing Associate, you provides the necessary support our technicians and organization need when it comes to handling parts and inventory. You coordinate the delivery of parts as well as reconcile them with inventory as they come in. To keep our inventory stocked, you also drive a company vehicle and pick up materials from vendors on a daily basis. When interacting with vendors, you are professional and respectful.
Experience You'll Need
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for most of your shift
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check upon hire
Reconciliation of orders with vendors; return coordination and processing
Warehouse replenishment and cycle counts
Detail oriented with an attitude to serve others; while maintaining our core values of Family, Care, and Grow
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), six months of related experience including use of standard maintenance related power tools, or combination of education and experience
Good written and oral communication skills; ability to read and interpret formal, contractual documents
Capacity to work independently
Forklift certification (desired, not required)
Must have ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Experience with ServiceTitan customer relationship management platform preferred by not required
Parts ordering in accordance with submission from technicians; complete order picking and job staging
