Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Compensation Range: $21.59 - $28.14 / hour

What Will You Do?

• Provide assistance to drivers with deliver issues including refusals and damages which occur during daily duties
• Inform and update customers regarding any discrepancies which occur with the delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with Overages Shortages & Damages counterparts in other terminals and other departments to resolve issues
• Communicate major issues and potential claims to management
• Expedite returns when required to clients with efficiency
• Enter all Overages Shortages & Damages occurrences, steps, and communications into system database
• Follow established company policies and procedures for billing of additional charges to customers
• Provide assistance with answering inquiries, tracing orders, and requests made by clients
• All other duties as required.

Who Are We Looking For?

• English required
• Two (2) years of previous experience in a similar capacity within the transportation industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to work effectively within a team smooth flow of communication, directions and paper flow.
• Strong keyboard skills with attention to details
• Knowledge of shipping documents preferred
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
