Local company seeking a Recruiter! Direct-Hire position!

Job Duties:

• Conduct the full recruitment cycle
• Research and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent and position-specific fills
• Provide expertise and guidance to business units to develop talent sourcing strategies
• Develop a retention program for new hires, including regular check-ins
• Ensures employee engagement and implement recognition programs to highlight employees’ first year experience
• Maintain effective relationships within the organization and the local hiring community to have an impact in the recruitment and hiring process
• Manage vendor service-level agreements, billing, and discounts to ensure high quality and effective service
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks within the department
• Keeps abreast of compensation and salary ranges
• Provide HR guidance when appropriate in consultation with managers and supervisors
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Working knowledge of HR state and federal employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to multi-task and juggle different priorities

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
