WHO WE ARE
The Evergreens Foundation is a not-for-profit housing management body proudly supporting independent housing in Alberta. We aim to facilitate quality of life for all of our residents, through our senior and social housing facilities located in Hinton, Jasper, Edson, Grade Cache, and Evansburg.
This position will be permanently based at our beautiful Pine Valley Senior Citizen Lodge in Hinton.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Resident Coordinator who is looking to make a difference in the community while building positive relationships between our residents, their families, lodge employees and The Evergreens Foundation. You will be responsible for completing and maintaining all necessary resident forms, coordinating resident meetings, overseeing the resident’s wellbeing and providing management assistance for the lodge are also key components of the position.
Main Duties:
- Coordinate, facilitate and maintain resident applications, assessments and assistance, resident and family meetings, resident files and wait lists.
- Coordinate move-in and orientations, and move-outs.
- Ensure Resident health, safety and wellbeing are priority.
- Ensure compliance to organizational, lodge, and positional areas of accountability, policies, processes, & procedures, within Government and Foundation Standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience in client services will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication, administrative and computer abilities.
- An empathetic personality.
- Experience in senior housing, healthcare, and/or the hospitality industry would be an asset.
NOTE: The successful candidate must have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
Permanent, Monday to Friday
