Job description

A Residential home is needed for an adult male with developmental disabilities. This requires the individual to move into your home and receive daily support around independent living skills, social activities, as well as emotional and social support.

The ideal home would not have any small children and have 2 adults living in the home.

The Individual attends Day program 5 days a week and has respite weekends 3 weekends a month.

Requirements:

MUST live in the High River or Okotoks area

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Criminal record with vulnerable sector check

First Aid and CPR or willing to acquire it within 3 months

Willing to attend various courses offered by the agency.

All compensation from the agency is considered tax exempt income. You will not pay taxes on the compensation you receive.

Compensation: $2700.00 per month

You will receive a room and board rate from the individual as well for $700.00 per month
