A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT HOST

In this entry-level customer service position, you play a vital role in the operations of our pizzeria. You are the face of our business and the first person our guests see. When customers enter, you greet them with a smile. You manage seating by putting each party at the correct table size within sections that are currently being served.

When we're busy, you estimate the wait time for new parties to be seated. You also manage our phones. When customers call, you answer the phone with enthusiasm and answer any questions they may have. Additionally, you manage our to-go service by taking orders, collecting payment, and passing out completed meals. You love working with people every day!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RESTAURANT HOST

This entry-level hospitality position can be full- or part-time and has very flexible scheduling. Our restaurant is open 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, seven days a week.
