Circle K Convenience Store located in the rural are on 139 Gore Street East, Perth, OntarioK7H 1J8urgently need experienced, motivated and innovative evening shifts retail store supervisors. This is a challenging position where you will be required to work late evenings and weekends.

Job Description
As a full-time Retail Store Supervisor – Convenience Store (evening, morning and night shifts), the applicant should be a team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing and dependable.

As a Retail Supervisor – Convenience Store, (evening, morning and night shifts) the main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Supervise, and schedule the duties of staff
• Determine staff scheduling and control labour costs.
• Maintain records of delivery, inventory and sales.
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory, order merchandise and requisition new stock from suppliers
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Monitor good security methods and procedures with staff for the protection of employees
• Train new staff in job duties and safety procedures.
• Ensured employees adhered to policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues immediately.

• Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Good supervisory skills.
• Must have good communication with line cook and cooks
• Must be skilled in time management.
• Must have teaching and motivational skills.
