Job SummaryAs a Room Attendant you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This is a full-time, year-round position working at the Kingston Condos . 1st shift schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards, and correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- Be familiar with all hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities, to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Should be available to work weekend shifts Sat/Sun and be available to work holidays and/or special events.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Remove all dirty terry and replace with clean par to designated layout.
- Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up, and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain, and floor, and empty trash containers and ashtrays.
- Replace facial, toilet tissue, and bathroom amenities in the correct amount and location.
- Remove laundry bags and slips, dirty bed linen, and make up the bed with clean linen.
- Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris. Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow, and a luggage rack.
- Open all drawers/doors in check-out rooms and remove items left by previous guests.
- Check under bed(s), chairs, and sofa for debris and remove if present.
- Inspect the condition of all furniture for tears, rips, or stains; report any damages to the supervisor.
- Remove dust and debris from designated areas including but not limited to, all furniture, media, and accessories, and realign furniture to floor plan and replace missing items.
