Our ACTEGA North America Technologies group has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate - Beer, Wine & Spirits for Signite™

General Summary:

The Sales Associate role drives company growth performance through new business development, account acquisition and customer-focused initiatives. Working closely with the technical, product and marketing teams, this role is responsible for execution of sales strategies aimed at gaining new brand owner and contract decorating customers for Signite decorations within the beer, wine, and spirits market segments.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

· Execution of direct, customer-facing market development and growth of cutting-edge product labeling technology

· Research and identify on-target customers within focus territory and market segments

· Prospect new business through a variety of sources and methods including direct customer outreach, trade shows, marketing, co-supplier relationships, etc.

· Coordinate with a partner network and internal sales team to support expanded business growth

· Maintain and grow existing business with customers through key account management

· Build multiple relationships within existing accounts at varying levels (identify and maintain relationships with the decision-makers)

· Manage product trials and sample development with support from the ACTEGA product teams

· Negotiate pricing and set expectations with customers on terms and conditions of sale

· Manage resolution of customer issues or concerns through a formal nonconformance management system.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field of study

· 5-10 years of previous experience in relevant sales role preferred

· Skillset and proven experience in prospecting, managing and closing new business; strong track record of growing sales

· Experience in selling labels, direct to shape decoration technology, or similar relevant products into the beer, wine, and/or spirits product markets is preferred.

· Knowledge of the flexographic and/or offset printing and/or experience in commercial packaging and labeling markets a plus

· Knowledge of product decoration technologies and applicator machinery a plus

· Extensive familiarity and experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software tools

· Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills in order to promote calm, professional interactions with customers and colleagues

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
