- Efficient use of POS systems
- Providing information about products to assist in sales
- Assist customers with their shopping and offer carry-out services
- Prepare Product for sale - receiving orders and preparing product for sale.
- Restock product with attention paid to first in first out
- Eager to learn about animal care
- Maintain cleanliness within the store
- Answering phones
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Detail oriented
- Customer service skills (service with a smile)
- This job is physically demanding. Many of our products are over 25lb and require constant restocking. The ability to lift and carry over 30lb.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
