(Dickson, TN) This is a fast-paced position with the flexibility, opportunities, and growth potential that is ideal for an experienced field sales professional. Zinc oxide is used in a wide variety of industries and countless products, so there are many untapped sales opportunities. The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing sales and marketing goals and executing the plan. Key responsibilities include: maintaining and growing a domestic account base, supporting our distribution partners, growing Zochem’s export account base, and assisting with marketing plan requirements. Strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new markets. Coordination with other Zochem team members to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service. Preparation of targeted analytical materials to support the sales efforts. Requires at minimum: a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing or Chemistry, 3 to 5 years of related sales responsibility, exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with our partners.
