King Security is hiring Security Guards for Oak Park Drive, Oakville.

We are currently recruiting Security Guards to join our growing team providing security services in a variety of different settings and locations.

Security Guard responsibilities:

• Protecting people, assets & property at client locations

• Monitoring access points using surveillance & alarm systems

• Conducting preventive surveillance

• Providing impeccable customer service

• Preventing fire, theft & vandalism through vigilance

• Verifying & inspecting all safety equipment

• Enforcing client property regulations

• Writing reports

Security guard requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard license & Standard First Aid/CPR certification

• Previous security experience

• Driver’s license & access to a vehicle (asset)

• Full availability including nights, days, afternoons, weekends & statutory holidays Proactive, attention-to-detail, self-motivated, team players

• Previous 1-3 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Casual, Permanent

Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (preferred)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
