Job description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with Production Management experience under their belt. The perfect candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment and should have vision to grow with the company.
Qualifications:

• Advanced Photopshop and Illustrator Skills.
• Must be able to design mockups and make print ready file for the press.
• Knowledge of production process for screen printing.
• Able to lead and handle multiple employees and can hire team members and able to train them to preform carious tasks.
• At least 2-5 years of management experience in screen printing operations.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running all aspect of the Screen Print Graphic and customer service Department.

• Willing to lead/train the team and communicate effectively.
• Implementing Production schedule and making sure the deadline is met.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand and/or walk 8-12 hours during shifts.

• Have vision to group with the company.
• Track productivity and drive improvements to the process.

• Ensure each department is completing tasks accurately and timely manner.

• Handle disciplinary issues.

• Coordinate department meetings and trainings.
• Enforce excellent quality control within each department.

• Ensure location is clean, and well-kept.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Screen printing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
