Looking For

• Commercial Construction Project Manager with 10+ experience on $5M to $40M project
• Experience on some of the following: office buildings, schools, Government, retail facilities, manufacturing, hospitality, multi-family, etc
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prepare project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
• Good computer skills with Project Management software
• Able to develop good rapport with clients and design professionals

Responsibilities

• · Responsible for overall project coordination and scheduling
• · Monitor project deliverables
• · Track job costs and work to bring costs in under budget
• · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• · Coordinate and schedule trade work; oversee proper completion of all subcontractor and supplier requirements
• · Prepare for and attend all project related meetings
• · Handle project change orders including pricing

Qualifications

• · A general understanding of the various commercial construction trades and the coordination between their respective work activities
• · Experience with material and labor pricing preferred
• · Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• · Experience with multiple project management platforms
