Server, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar

The Role

APC is seeking energetic Servers to work within our new restaurant, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar, in our exciting landmark of The Leaf at Assiniboine Park. The Gather Servers works diligently to ensure our guests receive quality products and have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations when they visit Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar. Servers will provide warm, and caring service, and exhibit deep “ownership” of the restaurant and its unique mission. Servers will engage guests through a menu that highlights food and drink as a cultural unifier. We offer flexible work hours, that include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position which includes standing for long periods of time.
• Serving it Safe certification.
• Minimum of 3-year professional restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Food Handling Certification and an understanding of food ingredients and preparation methods.
• Experience in a fast-paced, food service environment an asset.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues or complaints.
• A valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License would be an asset.

Wage range: $14.01 per hour, plus tips
