Q-Suite is a powerful call center platform with installations around the world. Its latest product, SYNQ, builds on the Q-Suite NG platform to provide next generation Unified Communications.

Job description

Indosoft is seeking a Software Developer to join the team.

Our latest product, Q-Suite NG, is the result of more than 20 years of experience in telephony and contact center products. Indosoft frequently works with our partners and clients to extend their platforms and integrate our software in novel ways.

If you can work independently and get things done, we need your help.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new features
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs in existing applications
• Working with clients and partners to extend their platform with our product

Qualifications
Required:

• Ability in one or more of: Java, C, Perl
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Solid communication skills, both written and spoken.

Assets:

• Project management experience
• Experience with Web Sockets
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure
• Experience with Java applications
• Experience with telephony or real-time communications (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP)
• Front end/UI experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
