Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment? If so, we are seeking a Software Solutions Developer to develop and enhance Enbridge Liquids Pipeline (LP) Operational Technology (OT) systems in support of Control Centre Operations (CCO) and related business areas.

What You Will Do:
- Perform bug fixes, configuration changes, and functional enhancements of existing products and solutions, and their implementation to production in accordance with Enbridge policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, validation, and verification of production issues found in products and solutions in scope.
- Support SCADA Operations through the 24x7 call-out rotation during transition of Software Solutions projects, and any Tier 3 development support work.
- Perform code reviews on developers of all experience levels, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Assist in transition to operation (TTO) activities to ensure products and solutions are acceptable in accordane with team standards.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation as per Enbridge standards.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Software Development best practices, standards, and operating procedures as applicable to mission critical, SCADA and Leak Detection software development.
- Assist the team with the implementation and adoption of new technologies and business processes by end users.
- Be responsive, supportive, and available to other teams within Pipeline Control Systems and Leak Detection (PCSLD) department, CCO, and other business areas (i.e., other TIS groups).
- Participate in the Enbridge Health and Safety program.
- Maintain leading edge technical skills through regular technical training, industry conferences, and internal cross-training, and use that knowledge to help the entire team stay current on industry/technology trends.
Who You Are:
- Relevant degree / diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of four continuous years of work experience.
- Strong industry expertise in C#, Python, and/or Java with an excellent track record of designing and implementing complex system software.
- Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Some knowledge and experience in SCADA, communication protocols, PLC/RTU/DCS data driver development and both historical and real-time data access methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communications, and problems solving skills.
- Sound organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment.
