We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner that is far more than just a facilitator, they are a driving force behind the success of the organizations and people they support. This individual will be responsible for shaping foundational HR programs and championing projects that emphasize the development of innovation. This role will contribute significantly to goals for employee satisfaction, engagement, retention as well serve in an interactive advisor capacity with leaders at all levels. This is a highly visible role within the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

We're all about outcomes at Ivanti. This is what you'll be entrusted with:

  • Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives through HR support and guidance.
  • Lead full cycle merit & performance management programs.
  • Develop programs to increase employee satisfaction and engagement and improve employee retention.
  • Participate in HR projects and serve as project manager as needed.
  • Collaborate with global HR team.
  • Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations as needed.
  • Research, recommend and implement HR best practices and innovations.
  • Optimize existing processes.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • 3 - 5 years of HR Advisor experience
  • 2 years' experience working in the Computer Software industry.
  • Working with a technology sale and/or engineering organization is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships and become a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • Experience with the development and execution of HR programs and projects.
  • Experience utilizing a HRIS system. Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Project management skills.
  • Work well with all employee levels across the organization.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Previous M&A experience is a plus.
