Store Manager:
- Be financially responsible for the store, meticulously follow cash handling policies and procedures
-Manage all team members, including training, mentoring, developing, counseling, disciplining and scheduling
-Build sales through high standards of quality, service and sanitation
-Create a fun, positive and energetic environment
-Create an experience that every guest will seek to repeat
-Resolve team member conflicts constructively and professionally
-Control costs by constantly training and educating team members and fellow managers
-Handle guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise and good judgment
-Proactively manage and monitor costs (food, labor, beverage, etc.) within budget while quality and service standards are maintained
-Maintain Health Department standards at all times
-Conduct quality line checks regularly
-Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipe and served at the proper temperature and presentation
-Evaluate shift leaders, team members, head chefs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
