Reports to Production Superintendent. Office location is in Dilley, TX. The ALS / Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising, performing, and training personnel on operations & maintenance for all Artificial Lift Systems and associated rotating equipment, such as pumping units. Will also be responsible for the Warehouse, storage yard and all inventory. Will work closely with Production, Compression, I&E and Measurement Groups.

Duties:

  • Supervise Artificial Lift Systems including Rod Pumps, Jet Pumps, Gas Lift, PAGL.
  • Supervise Warehouse and Yard to include maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Supervise surface maintenance in the field for facilities and well pads (excluding compression).
  • Supervise MOC projects (Management of Change).
  • Train staff in best practices for all the above.
  • Maintain close communication and alignment with Production, Compression, I&E, Measurement and Construction groups.

Qualifications

Experience

Required

• Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in successfully performing compressor, pump, and facility maintenance
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Required supervisor experience in directing a staff of 3 or more maintenance specialists
• Valid Driver’s license required and good driving record
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
