Calling all pet lovers! VetCor is looking for a TA Technology Manager to support our growing recruiting program including veterinarian, campus, and support staff recruiting. This position reports to the Chief Recruiting Officer and will have a variety of responsibilities related to program management, reporting, and administrative support.
As the TA Technology Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the use of technology tools and platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of VetCor’s TA processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team in a growing and stable industry.

TA Technology Manager Responsibilities :
- Managing and overseeing the use of our recruitment technology tools and platforms (ATS, CRM, candidate assessment tools, and others) including:
- Spearheading and leading the transition to / implementation of a new ATS, ensuring it is user friendly and meets business needs
- Configuring and launching a CRM including training, toolkits, and resources
- Take the lead with vendors such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn including managing the relationships and training the TA team on best practices
- Developing and implementing recruitment technology strategies that align with the goals and company objectives including creating the Talent Technology Roadmap for the ATS, CRM and other TA tools
- Ensuring that the recruitment technology tools and platforms are integrated and working seamlessly with our HRIS (Dayforce)
- Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the business requirements for recruitment technology and ensuring that the technology solutions align with those requirements
- Compiling ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting metric reports for internal team use as well as for Operations and Executive teams including identifying and developing new metrics to monitor and track recruitment efforts
- Building dashboards and analytics capabilities to monitor and track KPIs
TA Technology Manager Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment technology role, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology tools and platforms (experience with any of the following is a plus: ClearCompany, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, and Ceridian / Dayforce)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
