Your tasks at a glance

• You make sure to provide our patients an exceptional journey from start to finish ensuring complete satisfaction.
• You lead by example; providing supervision and guidance to staff.
• You use your emotional intelligence and problem solving skills to resolve issues.
• You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
• You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
• You assist the Centre Director with any additional tasks necessary.

• You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également.
• You have a keen interest in the medical field.
• You are able to work under pressure and have a good tolerance for stress.
• You have experience in management or supervision and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• You stand out for your organizational, collaborative and autonomous skills.
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday's from 8:00am to 5:00pm (on rotation).
