Stoneridge Software is looking for a highly motivated consultant to join our Dynamics 365 CE/CRM/Power Platform support team. We are looking for someone with good Dynamics 365 CE technical skills who has experience customizing the product, working with data, and innovating with all the technologies available within Microsoft Business Applications and Azure platforms.

The person filling this role is responsible for supporting the technical components of Dynamics 365 CE support projects. This will entail handling support cases that include supporting client business solutions using various CE/power platform customizations that includes plugins, custom activities, client code, user interface customizations. The role also includes helping with support cases that includes integrations with CE, power platform with F&O, BC and external systems and third-party ERP systems.

This role will be part of a dynamic, passionate Stoneridge support practice that thrives on cross-functional collaboration, platform passion, humility, growth, and our core values.

This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

A Day in the Life

    • Assist clients in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements more technical in nature related to their unique business needs
    • Break down functional specifications into technical designs, development tasks and estimates, execute to completion
    • Help identify client business processes in need of development work, and document proposed solutions
    • Support clients through support cases that has technical work using various methods including plugins, JavaScript, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), and various reporting technologies like PowerBI and SSRS
    • Good understanding and knowledge of integrations and migrations. Support fixing integrations and migrations using ETL tools like SSIS, Scribe, Azure, and power platform
    • Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CE errors and performance related issues, including collaboration with other teams that support products that integrate with CE
    • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft’s product offerings and enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

    • 4+ years of software development experience
    • 2+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
    • 2-3 Years in Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM/Power Platform implementations and having hands on experience on technical work
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
    • Knowledge in the Azure stack
    • Experience in Power Platform
    • MS Dynamics Certification
    • Experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, SSIS, SSRS, ASP.Net and knowledge in JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
    • Experience working on supporting clients as part of support team
    • Good technical aptitude
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
    • Knowledge of Solution Development Kit
    • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team

    • Travel Required:
      Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
