Job description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced telemarketing representatives to join our team in the janitorial and facility services industry. As a telemarketing representative, you will be responsible for making 50-100 calls a day to prospect for new business. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers, gather important information, and enter data into our CRM software.

Responsibilities:

Make 50-100 calls per day to prospect for new business

Use our CRM software to record and manage prospect information

Work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers and gather important information

Follow up on leads generated from email marketing campaigns

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service to potential customers throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing experience in the janitorial industry

Knowledge of CRM software and experience working with it

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
