Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 3-10 pm MST (5-12 pm EST) and Saturdays 10-5pm MST (12-7 pm

EST)

Advanis is a Market and Policy Research company that has been doing surveys since 1997 and we are looking for
telephone interviewers. We offer fully paid training and a set wage.

You need:

• a good command of the English language, written and oral skills

• excellent customer service skills

• a typing speed of 30 wpm

• a quiet, private workspace in your home

• a personal computer with high speed Internet service

• a landline or cellular phone number – if you wish to leave your phone landline available for people to call in

on, you will need to have a second (separate) phone line

• a corded headset with a noise cancelling microphone is preferred however, earbuds with built-in microphone

are also accepted. No cordless phones or speaker phones.

Bilingualism (French, Spanish, Punjabi, Cantonese or other) is an asset, but not essential.
