· With the guidance of your supervisor, design, create and implement programming that is robust and deliberate in design. · Research, collect, and communicate examples of high-quality programming. · Creates, edits, and updates the curriculum as necessary to provide curriculum tools and create a model for others. · Coordinate and correspond with internal and external customers as needed for program and event schedules, meetings, completing reports, gathering data and general GSLE program information · Assists with training and oversight of short-term volunteers. · Responsible for assisting with all pre and post program event support, including but not limited to program/event planning, setup and break down, collection of program materials, gathering program supplies, keeping inventory, registration, attendance, permissions slips, supply coordination and post reflective survey administration. · Guarantee that programming remains outcomes-focused while ensuring the Girl Scout experience meets the objectives and goals of the program. · Ensures compliance with Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) risk management practices and other governance authorities for all. · Serves as and is responsible for being a role model for participants in behavior and attitude while following the Girl Scout Promise and Law and program procedures. · Help provide opportunities for students to experience personal and group success. · Ensures that students understand and follow safety and educational procedures. · Recognizes and responds to opportunities for problem-solving within assigned groups of students. · May assist with council-led activities and events as assigned at council and partner sites as needed. -Adheres to GSNETX policies and procedures for AmeriCorps members, as referenced in the member service agreement.
