Job Description:
What will you do?
Provide administrative support for the group underwriting team in the Eastern Canadian Region
Coordinate the sending of group insurance proposals to our various business partners
Input data of insured participants for theoretical pricing calculations
Prepare and coordinate reports for underwriters and sales team
Maintain mailboxes, files and tracking tools up to date
What do you need to succeed?
Bilingualism (English and French) spoken and written - support for an English-speaking team outside Quebec
College diploma or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
Interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize when workload is high
Special notes / requirements:
Because the volume of work is sometimes high, overtime may be required to maintain service levels.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
